鄭宇伸教授取得美國加州大學戴維斯分校(UC Davis)生物系統工程博士學位(2010),研究領域涵蓋生物資源與生物精煉、工業生物技術、應用微生物、生化程序、生物材料以及永續發展與循環經濟,長期致力於綠色永續科技與資材化開發。
