傑出表現
  1. 共發表110 篇國際期刊論⽂,⾃2013 年起擔任 Food Science and Nutrition 總主編,並參與多本學術專書編撰(含6 篇專章)。所著 Commercially Sterile Packaged Foods 經美國食品藥物管理局(FDA)採⽤為官⽅內部及國際培訓教材,並由台灣食品技師協會協同11 位來⾃不同⼤學的教授們於2021 年翻譯為中⽂出版,廣泛使⽤於食品專業教育及從業⼈員培訓。
  2. 2. 連續10 年(2003-2012)主持由美國國會直接撥款之「菸草作為非吸菸⽤途」研究,成果於2016-17 年獲得三項美國專利,並成功技轉。⾃2012 年以來致⼒於推廣⽣態農業,幫助發展中國家。美國⽩宮於2015 年(Obama)與2016 年(Trump)連續兩年授予「⽩宮銀質服務勳章; Silver Medal」,於2017 年榮獲聯合國⼈類健康組織(HHO)頒發的「Outstanding Food Safety Research Award 食品安全傑出研究獎」;同時獲頒世界食品保存中⼼(World Food Preservation Center; WFPC)院⼠,並擔任國際食品科技聯盟(IUFoST)⼤使。
  3. 3. 協助奈及利亞、莫三比克、緬甸、薩爾瓦多、柬埔寨和厄瓜多等國,成功獲得世界銀⾏(World Bank; US$1.5 millions)及美國國際發展署(USAID; US$2.2 millions)的經費投入食安教育及⽣態系統修復;以教科⽂理事⾝份協助深圳⼤學取得可觀研究經費,修復⼟壤⽣態多樣性。其中蚯蚓⽔(vermicompost tea)治癒濕疹的成果獲得國際廣泛關注。
  4. 4. 主持聯合國2013 年 Global Forum on Food, Nutrition & Health,並於2017 年「Healthy Cities 健康城市」圓桌會議總結發⾔。多次獲得國際會議邀請,擔任Keynote Speaker 主講 NI (Naturalistic Intelligence) vs. AI。
