Biography
Prof. Yu-Shen Cheng received his Ph.D. in Biological Systems Engineering from the University of California, Davis (UC Davis) in 2010. His research covers bioresources & biorefinery, industrial biotechnology, applied microbiology, biochemical engineering processes, biomaterials, and sustainable development with circular economy applications.
